Snežana Videnović was born in 1966 in Belgrade, where she completed primary and secondary school. She graduated in 1993 from the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade. At the Faculty of Strategic Management of the “Braća Karić” University, in 2007, after defending the thesis “Evaluation and management of employee performance”, she obtained the title of Master of Science in Strategic Management.
At the Belgrade Banking Academy of the Union University in Belgrade in 2013, she defended her doctoral dissertation on the topic “Possibility of applying coaching in Serbia” and obtained the academic title of Doctor of Economic Sciences.
At the Academy of Executive Coaching in London, in 2009, she obtained the diploma of a certified coach for the development of leaders with the highest marks. She is a certified expert in the use of the Thomas International psychometric system for personality analysis – Thomas International since 2006. She is also a certified mediator registered in the Register of mediators in the peaceful resolution of disputes in the Ministry of Justice.
After graduating, she worked as a secretary at the Elementary School “Vojvoda Stepa” and Holding Company “Komgrap”. In the telecommunications company “Mobtel” she moved to the position of human resources manager in 2003, after that in “Telenor”, since 2006 she has been working in the positions of HR manager – Supporting Functions Partner and HR Processes and Procedures Expert. In 2008, she moved to the insurance company “Dunav osiguranje” as the Director of Human Resources Function, and in 2014 she founded the “Up life” education agency, which deals with education, training and coaching.
She obtained the title of assistant professor at the Faculty of Health Studies of the University of Bijeljina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, in 2013.
In January 2022, she became an assistant professor at the Belgrade Banking Academy.
