Miloš Kolavčić

BIOGRAPHY

Education and Professional Development

Miloš Kolavčić, born in 1990 in Belgrade, began his higher education in 2009/2010 at the
Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade, majoring in Trade Management and
Marketing. He successfully completed his undergraduate studies in June 2013, achieving an
average grade of 8.4.
Continuing his education, in 2013/2014, enrolled in master's studies at the same faculty,
specializing in Strategic Financial Management. Completed his master's studies in June
2017, after defending master's thesis entitled "Electronic Banking and Financial Risks in the
Banking Industry," achieving an average grade of 9.5.
In the academic year 2020/2021, he enrolled in doctoral studies at the Belgrade Banking
Academy – Faculty of Banking, Insurance, and Finance, Union University, specializing in
Finance. During his doctoral studies, he successfully passed exams with an average grade of
10.0. He participated in several domestic and international scientific conferences and
published several scientific papers. He defended his doctoral dissertation entitled "The
impact of the COVID-19 crisis on the purchasing behavior of consumers in Serbia" in 2024.
At the Belgrade Banking Academy – Faculty of Banking, Insurance and Finance, he has been
engaged since 2023, as a part-time lecturer in undergraduate studies in the group of
subjects in the field of Digital Economy.

Professional Career

Miloš began his business career in 2014 at Efektus Group Ltd., as a Management Consultant,
actively participating in a series of projects aimed at improving the operations of domestic
and regional companies.
Since 2018, he has been employed at MK Group Ltd. as a Senior Controlling Specialist in the
Controlling department. He actively worked on enhancing business planning models and
management reporting systems for actual and projected results. He participated in several
due diligence processes on both the buyer's and seller's side. He developed multiple

applications for implementing IFRS standards at the Group level, thereby improving financial
reporting.
He transitioned to the position of Manager of the Data Management Department at MK
Group Ltd. during 2023, where he is responsible for defining and implementing data
management strategies. He actively participates in creating appropriate reporting systems
and monitoring data quality. He identifies key business challenges and opportunities,
providing recommendations for developing tools to support the organization's goals. Leads
the project of systematizing and automating management reporting at the Group level
through the implementation of modern Business Intelligence solutions.
