BIOGRAPHY

Education and Professional Development

Aleksandra Cvejić is a teaching assistant at the Belgrade Banking Academy – Faculty of Banking, Insurance and Finance. She completed her basic academic studies at the Belgrade Banking Academy – Faculty of Banking, Insurance and Finance, with an average grade of 9.83 in 2011. She completed Master Academic Studies, majoring in Investment Banking (cum laude), in 2015 at the mentioned higher education institution, with an average grade of 10.00. She is a holder of a recognition for outstanding results achieved during master’s academic studies.

Her field of scientific research includes: economics and finance, banking and risks, corporate-financial restructuring, FX and interest rate transformations.

Professional Career

She began her academic career in 2009 as a teaching associate at the Belgrade Banking Academy – Faculty of Banking, Insurance and Finance, lecturing the subjects of Banking and Commercial Banking. Since 2011, she has been an assistant on teaching the same subjects. She is the author of several scientific papers in domestic journals, proceedings of scientific conferences of international importance, as well as scientific and professional periodicals.

She began her professional career in 2012 as a financial analyst, performing supervising on financial statements, creditworthiness assessments and financial restructuring of companies. She is specialist for financial observations, especially, of SMEs and supervisor for the banking support. She participated as a consultant on projects financed by the KFW and SECO.
