She enrolled in basic studies in 2003 at the Faculty of Commerce and Banking (Study Program: Banking) of the University “Braća Karić” Belgrade. She graduated from the same faculty in 2007, defending her graduation thesis from the subject Human Resource Management on the topic “Measurement of Work Performance” with a grade of 10, and thus earned the title of Graduate Economist – Manager in Banking.
In 2008, she enrolled in the Master’s studies at the Belgrade Banking Academy – Faculty of Banking, Finance and Insurance (Study Program: Investment Banking) of Union University in Belgrade. At the same faculty, in 2010, she defended her master’s thesis in the subject of Business Ethics, on the topic of “Ethical dimensions of human resources management” with a grade of 10 and thus earned the title of graduate economist – master. At the Institute of Economic Sciences in Belgrade, he serves as the secretary of the journal Macroeconomic Analysis and Forecast (MAP) and the journal Economic Analysis.
During her master’s studies, as part of the Tempus project, she attended classes at the Suola Amministrazione Aziendale, School of Management, University of Turin (Italy) for one semester and successfully passed all exams from that semester.
In 2010/11. she enrolled in doctoral studies at the Faculty of Economics in Sarajevo, in the study program in the field of management, which was implemented as part of the Tempus project in cooperation with the economics faculties from Vienna and Ljubljana. In 2016, she defended her doctoral dissertation on the topic “Ethical aspects of human resource management in transition processes” and thereby obtained the academic title of Doctor of Economic Sciences in the field of management.
