Sonja D. Radenković was born in Đakovica. She completed primary and secondary school in Leposavic. She graduated in 2004 from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences at the Department of Information Systems and Technologies as the best student of her generation. She defended her master’s thesis entitled “Transformation of the metamodel of intelligent educational systems” in 2008 at the same faculty. She defended her PhD thesis under the title “Software engineering of intelligent educational systems” in 2014, also at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Department of Information Systems, thereby earning the academic title of Doctor of Technical Sciences.
She improved her professional and scientific expertise at North-West Regional College London in Great Britain, at the University of National and World Economy Sofia in Bulgaria, at Salzburg University of Applied Sciences in Austria, at Hochshule Geiseinheim University Geiseinheim in Germany and at l’ISM- IAE de Versailles St-Quentin-en-Yvelines Université Paris Saclay, Paris in France.
Her areas of interest are: software engineering, artificial intelligence, information systems, digital transformation, technology enhanced learning, knowledge management, project management. He is the author of numerous works in these areas.
She is a member of the GOOD OLD AI (www.goodoldai.org) research network at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade. She is a member of the Project Task Group and director of the research center for financial management in the European Marketing and Management Association (EUMMAS) – an organization that connects leaders in academic institutions and business.
Sonja D. Radenković started her work experience during her studies. In the period July – November 2001, she worked as an interpreter with the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe – OSCE. She was a teaching assistant at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences of the University of Belgrade in the subjects Programming Languages and Translators and Program Design.
From October 2005 to March 2020, she was employed at the Peć-Leposavić College of Economics and Vocational Studies. There she was appointed to all positions in vocational education: assistant, lecturer and professor of vocational studies in the field of information systems. She was appointed a scientific associate in the field of information systems at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade. She was appointed assistant professor and associate professor at the Belgrade Banking Academy – Faculty of Banking, Insurance and Finance, Union University of Belgrade. She also worked as a national consultant on OSCE and UNDP projects.
