BIOGRAPHY

Education and Professional Development

Tatjana graduated in 1995 from the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade (majoring in Marketing), where she also completed post-graduate studies, with an average grade of 9.50. She obtained the academic title of Master of Economic Sciences at the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade, defending her Master’s thesis entitled “Management of the offer of travel agencies in modern market conditions”. In the period 1990-1994. she was a member of the international student organization AISEC. He is a member of the SEEMO (South East Europe Media Organization) and a consultant within the South East and Central Europe media relations organization SECEPRO (South East and Central Europe PR Organisation). She worked as an assistant on Balkan Point projects and was a lecturer at several international congresses in the field of marketing. She defended her doctoral dissertation: “Development and implementation of the concept of integrated marketing communications on the example of the lubricant industry” in 2020 at the Belgrade Banking Academy – Faculty of Banking, Insurance and Finance. She has specialized and obtained certificates in the areas of: “Project Management”, “Personnel Management”, “Situational Leadership”, “Business Presentation Skills”, “Analysis of Investments in Securities”. He is the co-author of the book: “Media Marketing and Business” published by SEEMO, Vienna.

At the Belgrade Banking Academy – Faculty of Banking, Insurance and Finance, she has been engaged since 2020 as a part-time Lecturer for master’s and doctoral studies in a group of subjects in the field of Marketing.

Professional Career

Since 1996, she has been employed in the Oil Industry of Serbia, the largest oil company in Southeast Europe. She built a long-term continuous career, from an independent referent to the Director of Marketing and PR in the part of the company that dealt with catering and tourism and was part of the Lufthansa City Center worldwide network, with great enthusiasm and leadership while permanently preserving the integrity of both her own and company in which she has woven knowledge, experience and skills.
Based on the trade agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Serbia, the Russian company Gazprom Neft buys the majority of the state’s capital and since 2008 has become the majority owner of the company, which has since been called NIS Gazprom Neft. The majority owner retains the most important (core) businesses in the company, so in 2010 he shut down the organizational part that dealt with tourism and hospitality – T.A. Follow me Lufthansa City Center, when she moved from the position of Marketing and PR Director to the Lubricants Directorate to the position of Marketing Manager. Since 2020, he has been working in the position of Expert for regional marketing support in the development and implementation of marketing strategy in the markets where NIS operates. She is the organizer of international commercial expert gatherings in the field of lubricants. She speaks English, Russian and Italian.
As part of the NIS program “Energy of Knowledge”, she delivers lectures at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Belgrade in the field of brand positioning in the chemical industry.
